Officer Samuel Hopkins grew up on a cattle ranch in the Shasta Valley. He has an AA degree in “Law Enforcement,” from Butte Community College and a BS degree in “Agricultural Science,” from California State University, Chico. Officer Hopkins is a lateral officer from the Weed Police Department and has over 10 years of experience in Law Enforcement. In his free time he enjoys ranching, hunting, and watching his children compete in sports.
