Vehicle Code 22523(a), (b)
It is unlawful to abandon vehicles on the streets within the city limits of Mt. Shasta. The Mt Shasta Police Department will investigate all complaints or concerns regarding vehicles left on the streets for an extended period. Vehicles will be issued a warning with Notice to Move within a specified time frame. If the vehicle is not moved from the location, it is subject to tow at the owner's expense.
