Report Animal Cruelty to (530) 926-7540
Animal cruelty includes:
- animals locked in vehicles without proper ventilation or water
- animals left for long periods of time without food or water
- animals left in unsafe or unsanitary conditions
- animals tied up on short leashes without access to proper exercise
- witnessing animal beatings
- animals with unhealed sores that are not being treated, and
- pet abandonment
