The City of Mt. Shasta requires all residents engaged in the cultivation of cannabis within the city limits to acquire a Personal Garden Tag Permit.
The City of Mt Shasta created these regulations which allow residents in residential zones to grow personal cannabis gardens under Mt. Shasta Municipal Code 18.91.050 and Section 11362.2 of the California Health and Safety Code.
