Pay your bill online!
Do not pay delinquent utility bills online if the account is subject to shutoff and the required payment date is today or a previous date. Please pay at City Hall or call 530-926-7510 for payment arrangements.
Payments made after 3:00 pm will be posted the following day. Penalties/late fees will apply if your payment is made after 3:00 pm on the due date.
Sewer only and delinquent accounts whose water is discontinued may require a deposit of $150 (residential) or $250 (commercial).
If you would like to sign up for utility services, please contact our office either in person at City Hall, 305 North Mt. Shasta Boulevard, or by phone at (530) 926-7510. You will need to know the exact address for service and be able to provide personal billing information. If you are unable or unwilling to provide a social security number a deposit will be required.
